Formal traffic for the State EOC (ICS-213, etc)
If available, Winlink is the preferred method. Send messages to: NNA4FL
Even if you aren’t a SHARES station, you can still send messages to that address. Use regular Winlink messages if using a HAM call, not radio only. SHARES calls can use radio only but not required.
State EOC will monitor SARNET 24/7 until deactivated (best way to reach them but please note they do have to take bathroom breaks. If you have an emergency and can’t reach them, call me)
State EOC will monitor amateur HF nets for a period of time each hour (Net control stations please notify state EOC via SARNET if they have traffic pending)
State EOC will also monitor SHARES frequencies and SHARES ALE for SHARES capable stations (I do not have a schedule of when they will monitor what frequency) I cannot provide the frequencies themselves, only channel names that SHARES stations can lookup
