  • Formal traffic for the State EOC (ICS-213, etc)
    • If available, Winlink is the preferred method.  Send messages to: NNA4FL
      • Even if you aren’t a SHARES station, you can still send messages to that address.  Use regular Winlink messages if using a HAM call, not radio only.  SHARES calls can use radio only but not required.
    • State EOC will monitor SARNET 24/7 until deactivated (best way to reach them but please note they do have to take bathroom breaks.  If you have an emergency and can’t reach them, call me)
    • State EOC will monitor amateur HF nets for a period of time each hour (Net control stations please notify state EOC via SARNET if they have traffic pending)
    • State EOC will also monitor SHARES frequencies and SHARES ALE for SHARES capable stations (I do not have a schedule of when they will monitor what frequency)  I cannot provide the frequencies themselves, only channel names that SHARES stations can lookup
      • SFA0
      • SCF0
      • SEC0
  • Be sure to log all activities on your ICS-214 and traffic in your ICS-309 forms
    • Don’t forget to keep a running list for your After Action Reports of things that went well or need improvement
